• Continued construction noise expected with bulk soil deliveries.

• Increased construction traffic with wall panel and lumber deliveries.
• Increased noise with the start of rough framing.
• Beginning of first floor wall framing and exterior sheathing installation at Buildings 1 and 3.
• Installation of underground utilities at Buildings 5 and 6.

• Underground mechanical and plumbing systems at the buildings closest to Millstone Road
• Infill and compaction at three buildings
• Continued installation of stormwater retention chambers
• Form and placement of foundation walls and slab on grade across the site

• Continued construction traffic with heavy equipment and concrete trucks
• Improvements to site entrance
• Major deliveries of site reinforcing materials (rebar and mesh)
• Beginning of excavation at three more buildings, along with damproofing and insulation

• Increased construction traffic with heavy equipment and concrete trucks
• Beginning of concrete foundation work, along with damproofing and insulation

Construction Update: may 2026

• Foundation work is beginning for all buildings
• Excavators moving in and out of areas of work
• Construction site is currently using grid power, and the generator is no longer necessary
• Framing will start in July

Construction Update: april 2026

• Temporary construction fence has been installed around the perimeter of the construction area
• Rough grading is ongoing throughout the job site
• Site utility structures are being installed
• Excavation and inspections for building foundations have begun
• Foundation work will continue into May and June

  • Site surveyors marking limits of work
  • Installation of erosion controls and temporary construction fence to prepare for tree clearing
